THE VIP DINING TABLES

Enjoy your own table for eight people with ringside views of the main arena. Here you will experience an exceptional three-course meal curated by our celebratory chefs, with food and drinks served by your own designated waiter whilst you watch all of the action as it unfolds.

Your guests will be greeted at the VIP entrance to the show and taken to their table by the Show ushurettes. Benefits include free car parking, a glass of Champagne on arrival and a complimentary souvenir programme per person.

THE SUITE

One of the best places to experience the Show is from a luxurious private suite located in the Show’s VIP enclosure.

This stunning self-designed suite provides a bird’s-eye view across the Show arena, where you may treat your guests to a luxurious cocktail experience in a private environment with a stunning view of the main arena before they take their seats in the grandstand or at one of the VIP dining tables. 

Guests will enjoy a VIP experience, with access through the VIP parking to the VIP guest reception where they will be escorted to The Suite. 

Complimentary souvenir programmes and gifts will be available as the guests enjoy their cocktail reception.

Bio of Toni Mak, Executive Chef for Asia World Expo and the Show

With more than 40 years’ experience in his profession, Chef Toni has held various important positions at the Peninsula Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Toni was then actively engaged in Hong Kong and Macau’s five-star hotels as Executive Chef, including Hong Kong Royal Garden Hotel, Studio City, Macau, and Sands Macao. Toni demonstrated his leadership skills by overseeing professional teams, and earned recognition by serving political and business leaders, as well as celebrities around the world. 

Toni has won numerous awards in competitions, including winner of Macanese Cooking Competition, champion of Disciples Escoffier 1st Asia Team Trophy Contest, and winning medals in the famous Asian food and beverage exhibition HOFEX. Entrusted to his professions and experience, Toni is a member of the following associations: 

• The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, title of Grand Officier Maître Rôtisseur

• The World Master Chefs Society

• Disciples Escoffier

• The Hong Kong Macau Chef Association

• The World Association of Chefs’ Societies Judges

Bio of Jordon Lee, Executive Chinese Chef for Asia World Expo and the Show

Chef Jordan, a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs with the prestigious title of Maître Rôtisseur, has 40 years’ of industry experience, including 23 years with Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts where he was Chinese Executive Chef to oversee the operation of banquets and the kitchen. During his career, he has served a variety of distinguished guests such as PRC Government leaders and the Russian President. 

His exceptional expertise in traditional Chinese cuisine, including advanced skills in preparing sea cucumber and grouper, is complemented by a passion for innovative new ideas and contemporary styles.
