The Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show will be one of the highest profile sporting events taking place in Hong Kong in 2025. It will be attended by over 25,000 visitors who will enjoy the most spectacular international showjumping competition alongside outstanding equestrian displays and high octane excitement. 

As well as the sporting action visitors will enjoy a Lifestyle Shopping Village which will house over 100 carefully curated brands. They can also visit the Jockey Club Live Zone to learn all about horses, with exciting Hobby Horse activities on offer.

The Show

The Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show will host a programme of 5* International Showjumping endorsed by the Federation Equestrian Internationale (FEI) – the sport’s international governing body. 5* Jumping is the highest level of showjumping and will ensure that the event attracts some of the World’s top riders. This will be the most important equestrian event in China in 2025.​

Alongside the international jumping classes, the Show will host equestrian entertainment and displays to provide the visitor with a packed programme of first-class entertainment.​

The Venue

AsiaWorld-Expo is located on the airport island in Lantau, part of Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). It is a modern exhibition hall which can easily be adapted to accommodate an equestrian sporting event.​

It is very well situated to enjoy both the Hong Kong Market and has excellent connectivity to the Greater Bay Area (GBA).​

Infrastructure Connections are:​

  • The Airport Express Train has an in-venue station, taking approximately 28 mins to get from AWE to the centre of Hong Kong.​
  • The Hong Kong – Zhuhai – Macao Bridge means that travel from AWE to Macao and Zhuhai is approx. 40 mins by road.​
  • The Kong Sham Western Highway and the Hong Kong Shenzhen Western Rail Link (under planning) give connection to the Mainland, north and the Shenzhen area.
